If we are sailing away you can probably only mount one gun on the back of the ship, but you can probably only fire one or two at a time anyway, and we should have the advantage if we are going away from them and they are coming towards us...

Shoot fireballs at the pursuing ships, occasionally doing a scan of the horizon

I'll shoot any un-manned cannons at them, if there are none available I'll begin firing my pistol at them, hopefully I get a high roll and make a movie style long-distance head-shot.  I'd prefer to aim at people steering the ship, aka if I shoot the navigator they may not be able to follow us.

Idea: Kilakan, as a wind mage, couldn't you use the wind to boost JetSquirrel's range with the firebomb?

If I don't actually have any magic use my back-up plan of shooting at them.
(of course if I epic failed I could cause them to catch us........ anyways.)

I'll use my wind magic to cause a strong wind to pick up from behind us, pushing the wind into our sails, causing us to be able too escape faster.
