Actually, Loot the body, picking up the axe and talisman. I then butcher the body with the thundrous axe in a bloody fury, sacrificing it to Armok.

Considering that I made the specification that you were a black dragon for some reason, I'm going to go with yes. However, keep in mind that this is a very, very old world by DF standards, and the survivors are either terrifyingly powerful or hidden away.
