I thought I recognized that image and I checked - yep, it's the image for Tentacle Grape, a NSFW soda.

Whenever I think of tentacle demons, I always think of them as Illithid-esque tentacles-out-of-the-face instead of out of the body.  So like Cthulhu.

I'm not sure if it would help. If anything, it would become a silhouette of a tentacle demon illustrated with censor bars. Pixelation wouldn't do much good either since most people can somewhat still see, and blending the two would make it fully visible again.

Even those who censor have great difficulty dealing with tenatcled ones. All I can say to them is lay back and let them do the work. Painful and humiliating it may seem, just accept the defeat.

Carp are so awful, you can censor them with tentacle demons performing depraved acts and it will be less offensive.
