how can I make it always at war against everyone but goblins ?
if it's possible, I want the goblins to be slaves of the orcs somehow.

Not currently possible.
Only way to guarantee war in core 28 versions is to have a race that can't talk, but you can't have any races that don't go to war with them in that instance.

if you mean like villages, or sites of something that happened, no, and given the nature of the game, it most likely won't ever happen

Not currently possible.
Only way to guarantee war in core 28 versions is to have a race that can't talk, but you can't have any races that don't go to war with them in that instance.

You can also make them thieves and/org babysnatchers, though that makes them less immediately hostile- they'll thieve or babysnatch first.

Giving them the babysnatcher tag would basically make them act the same as goblins, I think.

I got a solution -
Make another creature - called perhaps 'Orcish Warlord' or something even more threatening and less/more cliche. Set this creature to be similar in dynamics to the Demon, but perhaps not an 'ending' creature so it's not in adamant pits - but definately a power.
Then set the orcs to worshipping powers, and all the goblins to worshipping powers.
Hopefully you'll have 'Orcish War Leaders' that'll be leading and followed by a collection of both Goblins and standard civ Orcs.

Maybe if the demon was removed as a power the goblins would worship Orc warlords solely.

Might do the trick.

It will work. I had orcs and snaga worshipping nazgul, dragons like Smaug and evil wizards like Saruman in my Middle Earth mod.

fuck yeh. Will you get snaga's and uruks in the same civ fighting for the same warlord then? or in this case gobbos and orcs fighting for the same warboss? That'd be cool if it works. Even if they just follow him but still wanna eat each other it'd be cool in this context though...

Any creature which is NOT in an entity has no items assigned, so demons are badass naked wrestlers (imagine how cool would it be to see a Legendary Tentacle Demon in one of the wrestling shows).

You can give it an 'axe' limb though and a lethal natural attack.


Also, Tentacle Demons with items is supremely OP; they can carry around 5 shields and a weapon, making them effectively unkillable.
