It's actually from the cover of "How to Raise a Nerve-Stapled Child", one of the books of collected wisdom revealed at the end of Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. A great game, you should play it if you have any interest in that sort of thing.

You, me, Alexhans, and chaoticjosh are arguably the most dangerous members of a particular team. Webadict, you in particular are good at appearing to be scumhunting while not scumhunting at all - but you're also one of the best at scumhunting. That means if I'm going to become suspicious of you, I want whatever causes that to happen early. For now, I'll unvote and poke Alexhans instead, though. You're good enough to know how to react to an early random - or not-random - vote.
