Ship looks good. I like the weld more metal onto it approach to armor. What're the round things off to the side of the core though?

I say we should patrol the border looking for military-grade long range detection equipment.

Hijacking spy satellites sounds good, if we can find one. I'd like to know a bit more about the area without having to resort to asking the locals.

Yes you are, and sorry I didn't get the opportunity to post seven hours ago. And Zorgn- those are deflectors. I think they've been there for a while.

Now then... Zchris fills in what he knows about the area. The planets Utea II and III are somewhere in that area, but he doesn't have coordinates. The restricted area is screened by sensor jammers- you can do little more than get a vague estimate of where a jammer is focused, and all you really know about that is that there's a few sites. Jammers can't mask entire planets though, maybe just a space station complex or asteroid/planetoid.
The frontier is to the east and north, meeting the asteroid belt at the ranger station (not that he's been out there much). The Uteas are all heavily populated. Yarogolek is an inhospitable desert, but it plays host to some organized crime activity. Muer is lightly populated. The moons on Culmarr vary. C-II, the least populated one, is at its farthest from Cullmarr right now.

Hmmm, Frontiers are always good for pirates, or we could keep goading the major powers and try to pick up some salvage... Not to mention picking up some business on the trade routes...

I'd like -it more -without -asking the locals.

Well...

There's your rivalry with Redd's pirate, gang (who probably no longer pose any threat though, I didn't milk that when I ought to have).

Then there's the mysterious northern belt pirates who were attacking and boarding a Utean capitol ship, and absolutely didn't want to be seen doing it.

There's exploration to be had in all directions, as well as trade routes to be raided or used.

And of course, the death moon, which the Uteans absolutely do not want you prying into and say that they didn't order the attack (Zchris adds that its unlike them to strike and then claim there isn't a war going on, as they have a strong sense of honor and fair play).

Whilst plotting what to do, Von Richthofen (the guy at your base who made SHADOWdump's flamethrower) also says that he would like your attention when it is convenient.

Oh, and you're almost out of grape soda.

How about I suggest that we go bully Redd around for fun,then see what Von's got for us?

I really think we should back away from the Uteans for a while before we get anywhere near that humongous orb,or that restricted zone which almost certainly has something military.
