The dull/bright difference stems from me saving in .jpg or me saving in .png

It's red now because it's poorly defended, because there's no DRM or police center in the Faires Area anymore, and it's desolately underpopulated anyway.

Nothing stopping you from being an arms dealer, as long as your charisma has improved since last time...

You alert Wil that he'll only get 20 lashings if he can point out something good on the TV.

Sorry everything's been on hold. I've not touched the morrowind project either. Crazy lot of homework.

I can get a battle in tomorrow if we can advance the story to lead to it.
You scout about stealthily. You manage to pick up so new crap on the map. There are some civilian transmissions related to various docking and commerce nearby. Some people are bitching about martial law.

Voice 1: "Ha! Who's your new friend, Tsu?"
Tsu: "Imperial Commerce Guard... when they said they were cracking down on smuggling, they really meant it!"
Voice 1: "What happened? You okay?"
Tsu: "I brought some gum into the Academy... now I'm on a parole! This guy follows me everywhere!"

Tsu: "He follows me in the bathroom!"
