Ragebrew shall live!

gender, male, if you can, really doesn't matter.

Job: Herbalist/brewer. Put here by mayor decree for crimes against the fortress. If he survives, he gets to be set free and resume his work.

Fighting Style: Don't be afraid to take a hit if it means it opens up the enemy. Just hope it's not that hard a hit.....

Skills:

Axe: 2 (300)
Armor use: 4 (600)
Shield use: 1 (200)

Equipment:

Bronze Axe 150
Copper chainmail 120
Copper chain leggings: 30
Copper shield: 30
Copper Helmet: 30
1x Copper gauntlet: 30, on weapon hand

total: 1490, providing I did all the math right and skills work the way I think they do. If not, and I have more skills, groovy

Note to all readers:  Photobucket has taken down one of my fight images (from the NNMD vs Ditch Digger fight).  What is surprising, however, is that it was one of about two images from that fight that had no blood and very little nudity.  Most surprising of all, the image I uploaded prior to that image featured a graphic decapitation, and nothing has been done about that.  I think I might start uploading my pictures to DeviantArt if they don't have crazy rules.

Also, it appears that the final decision in battles was in favor of 3 out of 5 by matter of 12 to 5.

Round 7: Maunoir vs Hyperchicken

Maunoir, a fighter who proves that defense being the best offense isn't shitty strategy:

Hyperchicken, an intensely fowl fighter out to prove he's no cock-up.

You get half of what you sell.  Only equipment can be sold.

I jumped away with a broken spine, badass?

Not sure what to make of this, there's not a whole lot of room for improvement with my setup, and I tested this in WoA. Luck of the roll I guess. I'll wait to see what changes you might make but i'll reserve another dwarf for the next tourny.

Alright, just so people stop posting characters that I can't use, I will be changing character creation the for the next tournament.  I'm thinking of reducing starting funds to $800 (it's just easier to type $ than ☼) and having every 2 skill levels grant a random attribute instead of 3.  I'll post this to the front page so that others can redraft their characters correctly.

Also, Zako, you did your skill totals wrong.  It should be 600 for level 2 shields (200 + 400) and 1000 for level 4 axe (100 + 200 + 300 + 400).

If I sound harsh right now, I don't mean to.  I appreciate all your support.  I'm just working on balancing right now.

Okay:  Dwarf is "Steve Enchantmentbreaker, Nerevarine.

So that leaves me with $100 (I think).

Yikes, the Orcs have a nasty language.  Traditional foreplay would be right out for them; how would they ever "say my name" for one another?  No wonder Ocrs are always so bloodthirsty and violent, they're getting sub-par action.

If you want my advice, lowering the starting money and attributes won't make things better. In fact I believe it would make things worse. The problem, as I discovered is that weapons in relation to armour of the same quality are far too overpowered. Lower the damage amount weapons do in the raws.
