I switched it here because i want to have light armor as well. And this build gives me light armor, while still not messing up everything

By the way, is level 1 dabbling or novice? I mean, you get dabbling on first hit even if you don't take it, so I presume novice?

Level 1 is novice.  Dabbling means "level 0 with some experience"

I haven't powered up any armor specifically, but rather the defensive values of the materials it is made from (using the [BLOCK_PERC] tag).
