I've said it before and I'll say it again - the best possible DF shirt would be:

A simple polo shirt, with the standard embroidered polo player/alligator replaced by the mining dwarf from the intro movie.

Simple.  Elegant.  Acceptable attire anywhere.

My brother has screen printing equipment, so I'm not going to post the mock-up here of the shirt I'm planning on making because I want to be the only one with this particular shirt..

Regardless, it's going to use one of the pieces of crayon art that Zach & Tarn have sent out for donations for the front graphic, and on the back it will simply read:
