From the description and the screenshot posted it looks like Adventurine did an EA and released the same game twice. I'm going to very wary of this.

I can tell you one core reason it is obviously not from Aventurine: the front man is not completely batshit insane and a flat out liar, as far as I can tell. The whole dev team is incredibly approachable in-game and on the forums/IRC. Plus the combat is not a watered down shooter like DarkFall

Well I'v signed up but I've never actually gotten in to a single beta I've applied to so my hopes aren't that high.  :-\

Interestingly, Armok's name actually originates from arm_ok, a variable in one of Toady's earlier games that kept track of how many of your arms weren't missing.

Hey guys, necroing and it's been a while, this game is still ongoing and is approaching open beta status. I haven't gotten too far since re-joining but I do have one thing of interest for you all, some last few invites for closed beta. If anyone is that eager (doubtful, since the game opens on Friday for open beta). But this may be up the alley of Bay12 members by design so hit me up with a PM with your email address if you'd like an invite early.

What are the system requirements for this?  I've never been part of an official beta before, but I've got a penchant for getting where I'm not supposed to go and finding little bugs or oddities.  And, I'm always happy to help.

...provided I don't have to pay, naturally.

I can't do diddly with this computer though, but I'll be back at my main rig in a couple weeks.  Not that it's all that great either, having been an awesome-rad-cool-supermachine several years ago.

I'll take one of those beta invites if they're still goin. This looks awesome, and wouldn't mind getting a grasp of the game before open beta. :P

I have like 10 keys so just send me a PM with your email address and you'll get a key.

System requirements are probably not nailed down entirely at the moment but I can tell you it is apperently using some version of the Gamebryo engine (Morrowind, Oblivion, etc) as it has NIF files included for assorted items.
