What are you looking forward to for the rest of 2009?

Hard to believe we're more than halfway through 2009 already.

Anyway, what games are you guys looking forward to? Doesn't really matter what system or if it's Flash based or whatever, just let us know.

I'm personally looking forward only to Scribblenauts and Modern Warfare 2. Can't really think of anything else. Maybe the next DF version, but we don't even know if that's coming out this year. Maybe the Men of War expansion, if it's coming out.

Other than that... mmm... not much.

The main game I am looking forward to is Dragon Age, but that doesn't mean I will go right out and buy it. Probably wait to see what reviews say. Hopefully bioware haven't messed this one up.

1. Diablo 3 (Think it's going to come out on christmas)
2. Assassin's Creed 2 (Sometime in november)
3. Left 4 Dead 2 (November 17)
4. Halo ODST (Late September)

Postal 3 (Uwe Boll will appear ingame, which means I can shoot him, piss on the corpse, cut his head off, set fire to it, and then kick his burning skull back and forth over his piss-soaked body.  Which will cause a bystander to puke on the whole affair).

Incursion (next version should be out this year)


I don't really pay attention to the market all that much, so I don't know what there is to get excited about.

Assassins Creed 2, I think, is probably the only new thing that has me waiting on it, other than a new Dwarf Fortress release. I think that, if the designers learned anything from the first one, the sequel will be a vast improvement.

Like Yahtzee said, Assassins Creed may not have had stellar gameplay, but at least it was trying something different and that's worth something, right?

Also, beefy new videocard.

Red Faction Guerrila for some physics based destruction.

Perhaps Age of Decadence and Gratuitous Space Battles, but their release dates are unannounced, so somewhat doubtful it'll be this year.
