Slings, bolas and spear throwers....

I would love to be able to luanch small rocks from a sling! They are actually quite deadly and spear throwers make a spear all the more deadly as well, and with the bola you could temporarily bind your enemies so they cant move! Then move in for the kill.

You can kill someone by throwing VOMIT at them. Throwing seems to be deadly enough as-is, tyvm.  Good idea, but no real point to it in this place and time.
