Good, hippo country to the west will remain full of hippos, and my captured hippos will spawn a army of hippo murders!

when they have babies, are they just full grown hippos right away?

For tamed animals?

Children can't be made into war/hunting animals, I guess. Can't remember if there's other differences.

And hippos give birth to hippo children.

You know, the wiki is a pretty good source for this kind of information, never mind the raw files themselves. It's pretty trivial to look up the child ages and that sort of thing for any creature.

the differences i had in mind were damage. if not then that would explain all the adventurers dieing from children. but then again you could easily speed breed your own personal hippo death army then.
