This is the second time I've seen him referenced as dead in a forum

still this is pretty horrible, i can only laugh though as i learn to hack my way past anything put up on the internet to watch my movements, or atleast stumble so much that they recognize me and just go right past me because they don't want to deal with the paper work.

but what's probably going to happen is that the server(s) that take care of the censorship or the big brothering is going to be DoSed so bad that the chips are just going to fry.

I remember something about him filing suit against Michael Moore over Fahrenheit 9/11, so chances are he's probably still alive.
