to sum it all up:

the 5 steel armored with steel picks owned 5 steel armored with steel great axe, only 2 deaths.
then the 3 left killed age 257 dragon, one death by luck.
the 2 owned a hydra, minor wounds only.
these 2 died to a bronze colossus, but not before giving him 12 red woulds, 1 blue and 3 yellows.

Retire your adventurer in a town then embark on that town in fortress mode.
Use runesmith to get the adventurer pregnant, if she's a girl. Usually involves turning the adventurer into a cat for for the actual sexyness, then back into a human before birth.

you need friendship enhancer as well and you're thinking of dwarf companion. runesmith doesn't have Race changer... yet.
still with both your kid will have baby suicide syndrome and or will not be in town... or exist if you don't wait in the fort with the sucker until she/he grown up. now this is easy compared to the long boring wait of getting the guy/girl to create the kid.

this is wierd, im going to repeat test and also with other armors.

It's pretty simple really. Picks pierce armor better than just about anything. They're like sharp hammers. Thing is, against unarmored foes, swords/axes/etc. are much more effective.

Actually I was just thinking of trying to get a male adventurer with a family... I know most still go for the preggers style cause it's hilarious.

It's annoying, not at all what I say when I die in adventure mode (usually laughing), there should be a space after the first '!', and your name irritates me every time I see it because of bad grammar. Yes, I'm irritated right now.
