Well, a nauseating breath attack to be exact, but I'm not exactly an expert in demon anatomy. It was a tiny, sphincter-like facial appendage, so draw your own conclusion.

I've seen in Legends where humans and elves are reported to have 'devoured' someone and wondered, "When do I get to try that?"

I suspect that's displayed when anyone gets a kill with a Biting attack.
