Forum is acting weird for me.

Namely, I'm using the Darkling theme, and the little graphics for New Posts and No New Posts don't load, there's just text links stating those words.  Browser is apparently trying to load them, but failing.  Anyone else seeing this?

I've seen it happen on ther forums, but not here.

I would attempt to ctrl + F5

...That worked instantly, and I don't know why.

What's the difference between plain old refreshing and whatever ctrl+F5 did?

Ctrl+F5 ignores your browser's cache of the page and fetches a new one.

Nothing.

My guess is that it attempted to fetch the image, but failed, but saved this nonworking image.

Then it called the image from cache, (to save bandwidth)  but it failed.
