wake up virtz, same message, i still need help ^^

heres what i put
mount D: C:\Dosgames\Darklands -t cdrom label Darklands
D:
Install

 thats the lines i entered, and when it asks where to install from i select D:, then when i try to intall TO i put C:\Dosgames\

before the mount D: part, input:
mount C: C:\Dosgames\

And later enter something like C:\Darklands as the installation path.

well i do that and after i do it the message to insert the disk comes up and i press enter, doesnt work.

Hold on a second. I just checked the Abandonia version. It doesn't even require installation. You just mount what you unpacked, use install.exe to set sound and darkland.exe to play.

Well, beats me. Doing that works for me with a recently extracted version. The dk.tmp file is created when the game if first run. Have you tried creating an empty file (.txt, for example) and renaming it to dk.tmp?
