Trading pokemon with the VBA link
« on: July 30, 2009, 02:39:06 pm »

So I started playing through pokemon fire red using the VBA link emulator and I'm aiming to complete my pokedex, but to do that I need to trade pokemon. unfortunately I just cant get it work. I load up two and and they seem to connect ok but then when my two people go into the back room I get an error message saying the connection failed and to turn the power on off. So I'm wondering if anyone here has been using the VBA link and encoutered the same problem and if so how they fixed it.

Oh I'm using version 1.8.0

Oh yeah baby, you know you like it.  Now stop crying and get in my lungs.
Boil your penis. I'm convinced that's how it happened.

Wouldn't this go in "other games"?
But it probably is that one of them needs to be "b", and one needs to be "a".  That little dohiccy in the middle of the link cable must have something to do with that.
They can't both be "b" or "a".
Maybe.
