That's still a crater roughly the diameter of the Moon.  Whatever causes that isn't leaving any air behind.

Quite. It's substantially (like, an order of magnitude) larger than the crater that is believed to be the cause of the dinosaur extinction.

They must stop it; there's no way in hell the Earth would pull through that impact in a livable condition.

Dude, John is fighting imps and ogres.  Jade has a transportalizer and can tell the future.  Other stuff too.

EDIT:  A spoiler tag seems fitting.

Then why does earth still have YEARS (but not many) of future left?

Blue indicates an asteroid that will impact in years (but not many)?

That, or you're overanalyzing it like goddamn crazy and Homestuck isn't supposed to be totally realistic.

We've already encountered kids who can effortless leap several times their own height, computer data structures used for personal inventory management in the real world inexplicably, and Dave's brother is pretty much violating the laws of physics left and right.

Not that there's anything wrong with that; it's a silly webcomic and it's good that way. It just makes it kind of ridiculous to engage in wild speculation as if you expect the game to actually have realistic meteoric impact results or whatever the hell.

I am now officially up to date with all of HomeSTRUCK.

That actually didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would either.

If it's HomeSTRUCK, how come it keeps getting written as HomeSTUCK.

Like, in the actual comic and stuff.

That was fast.  Months of work read in less than a day.

There's over 1000 pages of PS, how in the hell did you get through that in less than a day.

Or did you only read Homestuck?

Guessing from his post I'd say he decide to jump straight to HomeStuck, probably because it's 1000000x better than Problem Sleuth.

True; but PS is still incredibly awesome, Homestuck puts the awesome up to 11, but PS is still a good solid 9-10.
