Personal Opinion: I don't really care about Kanaya. She had very good dialogues with Rose, but that was way back when. She had two moments of appreciable badassery, but that won't carry her character. She doesn't create any unnecessary drama though, so I'm actually okay with her. But it'll take some fine lure to make me interested into her and Vriska talking, and some snark about human family units won't cut it. Because while I actively try to enjoy Vriska, I keep failing. There is too much Vriska, and it sticks to my palate and fills my sinuses and burns in my eyes, and my feet struggle to find solid ground, but there is only liquid Vriska, all the way down.

But then Karkat jumps in and it gets at least amusing. In a sitcom way.

How do they pronounce their typing quirks? Besides karkat, that is.
HEADCANONS:
Terezi's quirk was really uncomfortable to read for me(and still is, but when you try to read it fast it's so much worse), so I imagine her voice to be a shrill, deafening shriek. I imagine she could make people bleed from the eyes and ears when she screams at them. It's that bad.

Vriska probably overpronounces all her "ate" and "b" sounds as if she was making the cleverest puns in the universe. Insufferable.

Kanaya does not understand speech rhythm, on any level.

I do not have strong opinions regarding most other trolls "talking quirks". Except that all of them must be intensely grating on some level.

Personally, I don't find Terezi's quirk that hard to read. Sollux's one was much harder for me.

Tavros mumbles when he speaks up and talk clearer once he gets, well, comfortable would be the word I guess.

Aradia sound detached both when dead and alive, just that the latter is more cheerful.

Sollux lithpth and drags out his i.

This is my headcanon now and only makes me appreciate Vriska more.
That's pretty much the actual canon though...

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I find it interesting that Vriska said Dirk would arrive "with the rest of the bad guys".
Does she consider him an enemy, or did she misspeak?

That seems pretty f*(%#@& explicit to me, which is very interesting.  Also I cannot get enough of Dave worrying about meeting Dirk.  Just like Rose/Roxy.  Meetings with dancestors: One of the best parts of this comic.  I love the whole concept of dancestors, just imagine a real life equivalent.  How weird would that be?
