On a side note, I feel like Davekat is going to crash and burn, horribly. Hussie's been joking about Davekat on twitter, and the last time Hussie flaunted about a ship on twitter (VriskaxMeenah), they got scooted off to irrelevance. Meanwhile, I think Hussie was silent over the JohnRoxy stuff that made the fandom flip out.

Also, has the fandom never heard of the concept of a platonic relationship?

But yeah, that's where I see that going. Hussie seems to try to be trying to represent the many different sorts of relationships people have, or quantify other types of love, with his absurd little Troll Romance Grid. Every set of two people who get along and are comfortable enough to watch awful comedians and snooze on the couch together dun' gotta be dating. Let's keep that ship in drydock, and maintain our chill composures.
