Ok, After a few more edits to the Shipalyzer, I have made it far less likely to error out, able to output to a given file (or not), and with more toggleables. I also made a second function to output to a python dictionary, to make graphing much easier later.

Oh yeah, one last bugfix. Previously, you may notice that there were no ones. The reason was because it counted ones as zeroes. That has been fixed. (Accidentally added an 's' to the regular expression searching for the number of works, so it only saw it if there was a plural.)

Edit: I accidentally a word.

I noticed SS/Jack Noir and Lord English/Caliborn were treated as synonyms to only one of them each. Anomalously high self-ship counts may be a result of this.

I've been rereading Homestuck, and have reevaluated my hypotheses regarding the missing players, space/doom and some other things:

Dirk's auto-responder is the Thief of Mind.
The Mayor (WV) is the Sylph of Blood.
Jack Noir (SS) is the Mage of Rage.
I'm still looking for a proper Bard of Doom, though.  Maybe it's AH?  I hope not.  So he probably is. ;)

The space/doom switch-around is a bit complicated; I'm not ready to write that out yet, but I'm guessing it has something to do with Caliborn's "masterpiece" and "twist".

I have reason to believe that the mysterious cause of Lord English's rage might by supplied by Kurloz, via Gamzee.  Not enough clues yet, but something is going on there.
