We are slowly building to a particular moment I foresee on the horizon. It's not just characterized by the end of the story, though that should be a factor. It's more than that. Things I have planned, and some other things we'll say may be fortuitously aligned. Invisible pieces of a heinous machine all snapping together, mechanically congealing with a grim sense of purpose. I'm tentatively branding to this moment as The Rapture, and it will be more than you can bear. More than anyone can. And everyone won't.

The "Game Over" flash is the Rapture Hussie talked about back in late September. If that news post is to be believed, the rapid extermination of most surviving kids and trolls is going to play a major role in the rest of the storyline.

If that is the case, all those deaths are permanent and won't be reverted.

Lord English himself could always appear and use his abilities as a Lord of Time, to ensure everything goes as  he desires.

Really, his title would be more correct if it was changed to the Lord of Inevitability.

I don't see how Space == Change. Because everything Jade did, even though it was in great power and seemingly in full freedom, was actually all in naught, all played in the Lord of Time's favor...

it's more like Space == Super powers at the price of being just a cog in the greater scheme of things. A Deux Ex Machina, doomed to serve the Author, unknowing of it's place.

Really, the Homestuck makes much more sense if you look at it not in the sense of physical world, but more like metaphysical, where concepts matter more than any visibly apparent forces.
