The clam's head is a fist, denoting violence.
Also, I think I can see a skull in the futzy SBaHJ pixel shell, denoting death.
The clam is making a troll face, denoting... trolls.

'All the trolls will suffer a violent death (even the ghosts)' theory confirmed.

Thank you for finding the good stuff for us.  Except for that last thing.  Whatever it is.  I guess it's trying to be indecipherable?  In which case it's doing very well, though I think it's also nonsense.

Today I was rereading early Dave stuff and noticed Caliborn and Calliope are named after Lil' Cal.  I love how almost every time I reread a chapter I notice a new reference (generally stuff everyone else already knows but still).

But what if Cal was named after Caliborn and Calliope; because Lord English was already there?

You forgot the "s" at the end of "Adventures" in that link. In the meantime, I have no idea where the hell the faulty link goes and I should probably run an anti-virus scan.

Anyway, as one who doesn't always function in absolutes, I would just say the the probability of an update on Friday has highly increased.

That, or they're fucking with us and will release it tomorrow to create a very confused hype train.

Every dwarf, every dwarven man, women, and child, that comes to our forts will die there; it's truly sad when you think about it. And we ask our selves, why? Why do we push forward, knowing this fate, that we are destined for failure? Because, this game grasps the concept of mortality. Some games you can never lose, but we all stop eventually, causing a 'death' to those game's 'worlds'. Dwarf Fortress gives us a definite end, knowing that we will leave that world eventually, and move on to more.

That's actually kinda genius, might help prevent server-smashing.  From anyone else it'd be dangerously dishonest, but Hussie is HUSSSSSSIE!
