3000 power, huh? Have you tried saving up for Ahab's Crosshairs yet?

No, since I use knifekind, not riflekind.

Also, now have 2 of them. 4500 total power is ridiculous.

Ahab's Crosshairs has 9999 power, and resetting your specibus is pretty cheap.

Yo. 10 page derail merits its own thread, methinks.

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Let's keep this thread alive while we still can! Even if it involves artificial construction!

Things to talk about:

Speculation! This includes:
  • Plot!
  • Character Deaths!
  • Character Development!
  • Foreshadowing!
  • Shipping!
  • Pretend I didn't say that previous thing!
  • And other things!

Music!
  • Favorite songs!
  • Songs you really want to see used in-comic!
  • And more!

That, or we can let the thread fall into disuse until the next news-post.

Every dwarf, every dwarven man, women, and child, that comes to our forts will die there; it's truly sad when you think about it. And we ask our selves, why? Why do we push forward, knowing this fate, that we are destined for failure? Because, this game grasps the concept of mortality. Some games you can never lose, but we all stop eventually, causing a 'death' to those game's 'worlds'. Dwarf Fortress gives us a definite end, knowing that we will leave that world eventually, and move on to more.

Well, since Dirk's Prince of Heart powers allow him to destroy/rip out souls, and Lil Cal contains a piece of Lord English's soul...

Does it contain his soul though? It's more of a weird thing (Juju) that allows LE to spread his influence between iterations of Cal.

Does anyone else feel that Terezi is just going to die? I mean, outright die. No ascension, no Jane revival, nothing. Just death.

People can't outright die in Homestuck. If Terezi dies, Vriska will just make her a member of the ghost pirate crew. No big deal.

People can't outright die in Homestuck.
They can, since Lord English can destroy dream bubbles.

Dance of Thorns and Eternity's Shylock/Served Cold comes to my mind when it comes to favorite music.
