Arquiusprite is pretty much the best character ever.  In anything.  EVER.  imho.
It's like these two broken, slapstick characters won the Homestuck Lottery and get to live their dreams.  AR gets Equius's intense corporeality and emotions, Equius gets the Strider mastery of quantum irony.  He can sincerely love his ridiculous hoofbeasts/noble status/STRENGTH while being also being an intentional parody of those things.  Also he seems to love his cybernetically enhanced superbrain, and I don't blame him.

It's good to see a good resolution for *someone* in Homestuck.

Edit: I just found a funny comment: "If you overpraise a webcomic artist after midnight they become an Andrew Hussie"

Oh Arquiusprite. You are just so horrible in all the best ways.

I thought I had steeled myself for Arquiusprite. But it wasn't enough. My body wasn't ready for all this musclemilk. I'm not even sure what's happening counts as dialog anymore. It's...

We need a word specific to the things simulating conversations between terrible people that Hussie writes.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

This update was fun, in an uncomfortable sort of way.

How the update was in a nutshell: Equius is weird (This, we already knew.), and AR simply makes it worse.

Every dwarf, every dwarven man, women, and child, that comes to our forts will die there; it's truly sad when you think about it. And we ask our selves, why? Why do we push forward, knowing this fate, that we are destined for failure? Because, this game grasps the concept of mortality. Some games you can never lose, but we all stop eventually, causing a 'death' to those game's 'worlds'. Dwarf Fortress gives us a definite end, knowing that we will leave that world eventually, and move on to more.

I'm not sure how to plot hilarious yet painful dialogs on the cartesian coordinate plane.

Obviously you just plot each conversation as a data point - using laughs as the y coordinate and pain as the x - and use this to calculate a best fit equation.

Is there a formula for making painfully humorous troll conversations? How many of the variables are just alternate universe versions of other variables?
