Who was it said Bec was gonna be in the last corner? Cause they called it.

...and I'll now be taking bets on who occupies the fourth corner of that last screen.

I got $10 on Bec Noir.

Bottom of the last [50] page, Japa.

Who was it said Bec was gonna be in the last corner? Cause they called it.

How many posts per page do you display?
I'm seeing that we are currently on page 3,125.

I think that [50] was him saying "bottom of the last page, at 50 posts per page". At least, I don't know any posts per page number that would put us on page 51 right now.

Is there even a word for the thing Homestuck does where it takes semi-obscure pop culture things and blows them way out of proportion (usually improving them in the process)? Like Con Air, Charles Barkley, Rufio, etc. Because I've noticed the MSPA fandom does this too, even with things like the Shrek movies that MSPA never touched on.

I don't think the Shrek movies are obscure.

Yeah, but when they were out in theaters and such, people weren't ironically praying to Shrek.

They're "semi-obscure" in they've somewhat faded from pop culture but then Homestuck fans bring it back all over Tumblr and elsewhere.

That sounds really lame. I hope most Homestuck memes don't sound this lame to people outside the fandom, cause if so I've been embarrassing myself.

I have some real-life friends who are aware of Homestuck and its fandom, but not a part of it and exactly two outside the family who actually read it.

All but one think those memes are pretty lame, yeah :P

Not only are our memes that lame, our memes are so lame that we have a meme to ironically point out how lame our memes are...

Let me tell you about our memes.

Being lame is, like, practically a requirement for most MSPA fandom memes.

Homestuck is the only webcomic that is so lame that we have surgically separated our lame and intentionally crafted an entire second webcomic from it.
