It is easy to forget that she is pretty much the same person as Mindfang, the pirate that mind controlled a crowd of people to rip a lawyer apart then kill the most bad ass clown in existence.

The Grand Highblood's fate is unknown.
Mindfang may have killed him or the Summoner or maybe Darkleer or even the Condesce, they had all reason enough, but for all we know he either died a natural death(for a mass murderer) or was Glubbed.

Or he is still alive somewhere. Can't keep the clown down.
