They talked about teamwork, how humans need to face their issues themselves in order to grow as people, and a bit of other stuff that's obvious to everyone who is not Caliborn. The only non obvious stuff is that cherubs are predisposed to loving trickster shit, and trickster mode is seen as a good way to deal with problems to cherubs partly because they never have to deal with each other.

So yeah, unless you care about the psyche of cherubs outside of the two we actually see, you didn't miss anything. And if you somehow do, you didn't miss much.
