Uh

I was holding out hope that this trickster bullshit was just going to be a joke. Like on the next panel, it would be 'ha ha no that didn't happen that's utterly fucking ridiculous.'

Welp.

I have no idea what the fuck is going on. I can safely say that nothing in Homestuck has prepared me for this, since up to this point at the very least Homestuck resembled itself.

If I hadn't gave up trying to comprehend this story a while ago, I sure as hell would give it up now.

If I had to hazard a guess, trickster mode super charges ones aspect to uncontrollable levels. Our maid of life is suddenly sprouting jungles of candy around her and causing the instant destruction of otherwise near unkillable undead, both things that relate to life.

So Trickster Dirk would be able to go Super Sayian and use the Spirit Bomb?

Trickster Dirk would be all the souls... He would be so fucking splintered that you would need to plan new housing suburbs to put them all!

Well, it was just as overpowered as I thought it would be.

Still, though. What the fuck.

(this is definitely going in Fortbent, probably 5.1 :3)

Shit! Rainbows. Extreme overpoweredness. Fucking Lord English is trickster mode Caliborn.

"He apparently cannot be destroyed by ordinary means, but only through the exploitation of a number of time-based glitches and loopholes."

wasn't trickster mode considered a "glitch" at one point? o.o;

Something even better: LE's lazor? It's extreme timey stuff like Jane's rainbow trail is extreme lifey stuff. It didn't vaporize the ghosts, it caused them to age extremely rapidly!

All of its appearances have been associated with glitchiness, yep

So I recognize the music. There's a melody in the background between 2:50 and 2:54 of Descend that is more noticeably featured in Tribal Ebonpyre.

The music in this flash is a super-sped-up sparkly glittery version of that melody.

I'm left wondering firstly what mental state Jane will be left in, as from that smile I'm guessing she has fucking lost the plot (While at the same time driving the plot...) and secondly what other powers she has picked up on, beyond growing candy cane forests, un-undeading, and unassisted clown pwning flight.
