Odd. I thought the entire point of the spiral was that Calliope was messing with space and making it impossible for information to leave it, so shouldn't Rose's presence be hidden too? I guess maybe her being a light player just makes attempts to conceal her like that fail, or something.

My guess is that since Rose is God-Tier she has too much power or some such and burns right through whatever Calliope (who has not yet got tiger) is doing.

It does occur to me that Calliope has now served all the narrative purpose we already know she needs to, by explaining what they need to find in the Ring. She's expendable, unless Hussie wants her to have a self-confidence resurgence and overcome LE at a critical moment later on, in defiance of her current assumption that she can't do anything. Point being, there's no more purpose we know she has to serve for the story.

Then again, Roxy is probably a pretty high level void player. And Rose hasn't really done any combat since she got tiger so I doubt she's very high on the god tiers.
