Actually, that dude kinda looked like the main guy (can never remember his name) from AIDS. Like how one of the judges looked kinda like a Strider.

His character suggests that he holds a specific hate for his sister, which extends to the female sex. Thus why Doc Scratch is a creepy uncle that only coverts young women, and Lord English is a time pimp that uses female antagonists that hate him for their servitude. His enjoyment of depravity always includes 'the bitches', as if they are inherently dirty.

 As a kid he's just a psychotic brat. As an adult he's a time pimp.
