I think all the trolls climbed their echeladders, though Tavros obviously isn't god-tier like John.  I never really thought about it before, but that does suggest that Tavros (particularly as a page) could be quite a powerful pansy.  He had no trouble with the game, he had a loyal army and was solving allllllll the puzzles. 

His only handicap was his legs, and what kind of "Cavalreaper" needs legs?  Particularly when you're surrounded by horses musclebeasts horses.

If they do fight, I fully expect a "You and what army?" from John, who turns around to see a line of cavalry ready to charge!  Crazy theories are the best theories.

(That's assuming that Vriska doesn't help Tavros, which would really be for the best.  Give the poor guy some space to breathe)

(also my head-canon is that alt-Vriska killed Jack, the hollowest victory in paradox space)

Yeah, I'm personally going with something like Tavros thinks he and Vriska are dating but it turns out to be an incorrect assumption on his part or she was just using him or something like that. I'm sticking with John x Vriska and nothing less than maybe John x Rose becoming canon will change my mind! I will go down with this ship if need be!
