You may have noticed that there is indeed a $10000 donation on the Kickstarter.  Reward tier: Your fantroll appears for at least one panel.  Now don't ask me for a fucking source, but apparently Mr. High Roller is a US soldier currently sitting around in Afghanistan.  He had no debts, ten grand, jack shit to spend it on and no plans to leave, and a deep love of Homestuck.  He may or may not have gotten confirmation from Hussie via What Pumpkin for the idea was legit, and put down the full ten thousand and invented a fantroll just for the Hell of it.

He's posted some stuff on kickstarter, where he explained his deployment and stuff, and mentioned he doesn't make fantrolls and wants help to make a decent one. You can find it on the KS comments page, but you'll have to dig. I linked to his profile a few pages back, you can find some of his comments there. I'd give you the link right now, but I'm on a 3ds right now, so I can't easily get that. Sorry.

Same here. Everything about this screams "fake!" to me, but if this is real I want in. A Sburb game would be so cool. But this seems pretty shady, so I'm not getting my hopes up.
