Aside from the initial takeover, she's never really shown herself to be a master strategist.  Plus, god tier players are a major threat.  It may be that she was trying to eliminate all paths to the god tiers by killing all of the dreamselves.  Depends on how what Dave, Rose, and Aradia did works.

Actually, do we know that you can't get a new universe when all of the players are dead?  There's already a new battlefield (and its players) on the way.  Maybe she's just been doing a poor job of murdering children up until now.

I don't know. Doing what not one person in the entirety of Earth's history couldn't do in 10-20 years seems pretty damn good. You also have to keep in mind that she was taking over planets for hundreds of years, so taking over earth wasn't anything new for her.

I think the thing thats going to throw her stratergy really out of wack is the appearance of the Original-Kids. Because besides Calliope and MAYBE Lord English, very little if any people in the Post-Scratch Universe know about the Pre-Scratch Universe and how they are about to arrive.

I'm pretty sure that Andrew said that you had to die on the Quest Slab with your last life, as opposed to the Quest Bed, where you need to die with a still living dreamself waiting in the wings.

I don't know. Doing what not one person in the entirety of Earth's history couldn't do in 10-20 years seems pretty damn good. You also have to keep in mind that she was taking over planets for hundreds of years, so taking over earth wasn't anything new for her.

She also had mind control, the power of two gods (Lord English and GCat), and hyper-advanced alien tech on her side. No other human has ever had any of those, and as Europe has shown the world, conquering anything is pretty easy when you have tech the natives don't. Additionally, when she was conquering planets, she had the resources of an interstellar empire, and thus could have just thrown troops at planets until the natives surrendered or were destroyed.

He's on twitter, tumblr and once, reddit.

Twitter is probably your best bet. Tumblr is the worst; he'll occasionally announce he's about to answer some questions on tumblr. You then have approx. 30 seconds to submit your answer before he closes the suggestion box. Reddit... he's only done it once, and it gets swamped by people just the same, but at the very least a good question has a chance of being upvoted to over his answering threshold.
