It's not a poolcue, it's a staff or cane.
It's both. And also a rifle.

Don't tell me the red super giant is going to turn into the green sun somehow.

By the time this chapter is done, everything green in homestuck will have a red counterpart. And vice versa.

Seeing the Skull-beastie with the bright eyes and upbeat demeanor is so incredibly unnerving.

That's a curious place for the lab meteor to be.

How'd it get there? Wherever there is.

Nothing to say its the same lab meteor though. All it means is that they've grown up in the ruins of another refugee escape.

Speculation time!
Maybe in Uu's session, the veil lab goes through one of the defence portals into the past?
Maybe cherubs see color differently from humans, and that red sun is the green sun, and they've been in the Furthest Ring their entire lives?

Don't forget, the Alpha kids are not all in the Medium just yet.  They could ditch the asteroid and hitch a ride on Jake's telepad.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

Then they would always see green as red, which means that illustrations of the green sun would appear to them as red, which also means that they would know that "red" is actually green, so...

I had been wondering how Calliope had gotten her hands on those weighty tomes.

Looks the same though.

The meteor lab the troll's are riding through space through and the one John made everybody and their parents in have distinct appearances.

It's possible, and possibly even likely, that each ectobiology lab differs in appearance between sessions. So my money is it being the troll's meteor lab.

Hmm... good point. I wonder what the differences are from? Black and white... could each session have two labs, one for each colour? It would certainly make sense.

And the trolls actually finished their session potentially giving it more time to build up.

Also, Alpha/Beta differences - perhaps whether it's the black or white lab that serves to create the kids depends on which universe version your in.

You're right... it's the exact same look, and is likely the exact same meteor. Welp, Hussie just shattered all my assumptions about these body sharing morons, again. They have a deeper connection to the main plot than I thought.

Maybe they're already there in the meteor, just in a room nobody's been to yet.
