god that makes a lot of sense! the experience of reading homestuck is to constantly feel dumb for not having noticed things.
Don't worry, the only reason any of us can notice anything is because there are so many of us, we can fit our crazy observations together.

Yeah, until I noticed that little fucker at the bottom, I was thinking, "Aw, this isn't gonna be that much trouble for the two of them."

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

We only see what happened to Dave and Rose. What we DON'T see is the fuckworld of a crater their battle left behind, along with one dead dragon and a newly cyborgified Empress, since all of her organs were carved out with eldritch magicks plus a kickass katana.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

Noooo! Not the Statue of Liberty! Now what's John going to coat in empathic slime and turn into a giant NES-controlled mecha?

That's an ability unique to players though.

His actual ability is that of an antipath.

Gcat could just teleport daves sword through his chest and accelerate Rose onto the Condesce's trident in a nano-second...
but we don't know how much control the Condesce has about him: can she give him a task he then HAS to fulfill? Can she "posess" him and navigate him? Does she have to? Does this break her concentration on a fight? Does she need crazy willpower to dominate Guardians/ intelligent animals?
I can't exactly remember how much was explained about Tavros' communion. Probably not much, so I'm not searching for it :P

But seriously... I can't take the Condesce as an antagonist serious. Yeah, she is evil, yeah she's (reasonably) ludicrously powerful... but she has barely as much development as Lord E. and that means something.
I'm hoping for Noir killing LE and acquiring his POWERLEVELS this way... the scepter comes to mind.
Hm, it's going to be awesome.

But this headcanon is canon. That means it's not a headcanon anymore.

It's the characters' headcanon, which means its existence as headcanon is canon.
