Not only that, but the prototyping happened after entry. It's established that post-entry prototypings do nothing to Skaia or the rings (which is why we don't have a Bec Noir with Dave's bird-hair).

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

There are so many hints at  uu and UU sharing the same body... it's not gonna be a Big Reveal. So, what about uUUu could surprise us?
-they are actually Hussie and LE(duh)
-they are actually the Condesce & the Handmaid(huh?)
-they are conjoined twins
-they are Horrorterrors. with little Troll-arm-like appendices. (I pick this one)
-they are DEAD (!!)
-they are both Gamzee. And also Gamzee.
-did I forget something?(yes.)

It's just a technicality we'll figure it out.

And you're right, this thread isn't just the most popular thread, it's the most popular thread OF ALL TIME.

With this John going through the hell that is being raised by the Condesce and the other going through the apocalypse, the death of his father, his own death twice, and the possibility that one of his friends will die, one thing is clear. Nothing will ever cause John to be anything other than a cheerful little derp.

Well, you know what they say...

(Seriously, someone needs to do an HMV of that.)

Not just Jake's grandma, it turns out that all of the rebels are total bad asses. Though in all honesty, what else should I have expected from ancestors that get little to no screen time?

I'm considering writing a "Sburb Guide", because it sounds a little interesting. If I do decide to write it, does anyone have any tips for me? I want to stay as close to canon as possible, keep in mind.

Make it clear that the story we know really is of a Sburb session gone off the rails.  You definitely have to tie back to Homestuck for jokes and whatnot, but you have to move out into new territory a bit.  Try to make it sound more like an inane videogame, with making it sound ridiculously much like a videogame.

And y'know, references.  Go back and looks at stuff like the echeladders and fraymotifs, and make more wacky cultural tie-ins.

Eh, I'm writting it more from the prespective as a successful (Libit extremely Deadpan) Sburb Player who got a little bored. Kinda like Half Survival Guide/Half Videogame Guide. Of course, I acknowledge the main story as ungodly off the rails, and write as if they had a "Normal" session of Sburb with no huge disturbances.

Edit: Also I'm going to take a "Maybe, but if yes then extremely rare" approach to "Non-Canon" aspects.

Funny. I was just asking myself the other day "Who the hell let the Batterwitch take control?"

And now I find myself answered.
