Yep.  I guess Hussie decided to just skip over the whole naming thing, or polled it on the fly (since ironically enough, Feferi's name was the last thing he ever took a reader poll for), so he wouldn't have to tip his hand that he's actually going through with the whole "such a shitload of trolls" thing.  He just did like the suggestions did and pulled up what "Pieces" is called in other languages.

And I feel partially vindicated hearing her personality.  She is a goofy little twat.  The Condesce really is a huge bitchy ditz of an empress.
