Hell, the trolls won the damn game and they were in it for only a few weeks.

The kids had it fucked up from really freaking early on because Jack activated the pretty-freaking-short timer on the reckoning in less than a few hours after John came in.

They were in the game for ~1 day and in the Outer ring for ~1 year, if I recall right, not counting time travel shenanigans and dream selves.
