A friend of mine has been saying, ever since Eridan's death, that he'd come back in the dream bubbles as god-tier. I kept telling him it wouldn't happen. God fucking dammit, Hussie.

If Feferi hadn't dumped him so hard, he might not have started killing the angels. You never know. That may have been where that universe diverged.

Do we even yet know what the angels were for? I'm assuming they have something to do with the player of hope, and Eridan managed to fail so hard and in such an insignificant way that nobody even noticed, but not sure what he was meant to be doing...
