Hussie is the UU and uu. He came up with pesterchum, which is why he can break the capitalization m.o. Also, since he has already written all of Homestuck it's perfectly feasible to write up and play two completely opposite characters.

ALTERNATE THEORY: UU is Ms. Paint, and uu is Cy-Slick. Hussie is guiding them through their own session.

Its likely just Hussie dressing up as fictional characters again. He said that his only direct interaction with the story of Homestuck would be the "Yellow Yard", which is the yard between the two gates that Hussie positioned next to each other. Which, you know, enables John and Jade to go to the Alpha session.

I do wonder what the significance of this intermission is, other then telling us that Spades Slick is still alive (And while that is news to rejoice at, its not really important to the story at all.)

 This is a previously unknown beat-the-hell-up Spades Slick. Presumably, if we are to assume time flows in a linear fashion(Which is pretty silly but let's just run with this joke for a little while) this would be him after he kills Sn0wman and Lord English beats the hell out of him. Although being effectively out of the story from now on he can exist in the Hussieverse.
