The Slabs are wherever they have to be, because of the power of Plot. Which is a real force in Sburb.

 Basically the game has a bunch of rules that were never explained to the characters due to everybody fucking everything up. As far as the readers know:

 Each player has two quest beds, one on their respective planet where their body dues to transform their dreamself to Godtier, and one in the crypt of their kingdom, where their dreamself goes to die and become Godtier. It was how Aradia, Dave and Rose achieved their ranks. We have only seen these crypt quest slabs on Derse so it's pure speculation that they would exist on Prospit.

Almost.  The impression that I got from Jake's funeral procession was that the Quest Tomb (if we can call it that) is normally kept on the orbiting moon along with the players, but if the player dies the residents move them on their slab to rest in the core of the main planet.

Basically, Hussie wrote himself into a corner and came up with a rather elegant way of explaining why Aradia's tomb was in Derse while Dave and Rose's were in their moon.  It's a cool idea, so I'm willing to accept it.  Doesn't really explain how the funeral manages to travel down a giant chain in the sky, but hey, details.
