Yes, one of two similar shades of green is slightly different. What a detail.

I do dig the implications, but it's a pretty minute detail to look for.

That has got to be the most funniest thing I've seen today.

And D??? is now Di??

It might've been a typo here.
I am now convinced that his name is Dick.

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I'm leaning on Dirk, assuming Hussie intended to make that Di?? correct, and not just an in-universe typo.

I called Dick back when this discussion first happened.

The interesting thing about it is that lime's position on the hemospectrum is now Karkat's. *incoming epileptic trees*
Sorry, but your observation is a bit late. Hussie already pointed that in a blog post and comfrimed that its just another normal blood color that none of the trolls we saw had. Besides, Karkat was a mutant and was never on the Hemospectrum in the first place.

That blog never addressed the change of colour. It only stated that there was another blood colour.

Also Karkat usually gets placed between Sollux and Nepeta.

??? When did this happen? I always thought that Karkat was always off the hemospectrum.

Yeah but that's where trolls who, like Karkat, refuse to reveal their blood colour and prefer to go by grey, go. Guess who else we know who does that.

The fact that Hussie edited that particular colour in such a way that it's not between Green and Jade anymore, but between yellow and green, must be important somehow.

This post outright says that Karkat would've been a limeblood if he weren't mutant. Also, Cancer is between Gemini and Leo in the Zodiac, and blood colors other than Karkat's follow the order of the Zodiac from low (Aries) to high (Pisces) when matched up with the appropriate troll. That's pretty much all there is to say on the matter.

Actually he said it's  "where Karkat's slot would be", not that Kar were a limeblood himself.

But still, there's the fact that he retroactively moved the caste around for some reason. Which is quite interesting, because it means he had something else in mind back then.

That is true. I suppose the implied "if" in that "would be" sentence could have been something other than "if he were not a mutant", but I can't imagine what else it would be. And the retroactive edit is odd, suggesting Hussie either had something else planned or got the Zodiac mixed up in his head or some similar error (unlikely, in my opinion). So perhaps it was not all there was to say on the matter! Still, now I can't use a homestuck meme.

Anybody else get the feeling that the Neverending Sarcasm built into the StriLonde genes are going to totally bite everyone in the ass when Ro?? forgets that Jane swore to believe her about everything and anything?  This one is pretty damn obvious.

And I think this comic is really starting to wear on my brain.  I am intentionally, ironically mind you but intentionally, reading so much godawful "ship-teasing" into that conversation.  An amount that is only funny for all the wrong reasons.

Oh well.  "TG: hooliginas TG: * ... TG: * yes "  So fucking hilarious.

Impossible. My fan character is named Dirk and he wears pointy Kamina shades and speaks with perfect grammar. Besides, I am far too unlucky for a canon character to ever be named after my shitty OC. If it was, I would have to track down Andrew Hussie and have his e-babies.

Yeah I'm going with Bauglir on this. The Blood Color Karkat would've had does not change the fact that Karkat's blood color is indeed red. And since there are no Lime-Bloods in the Troll Cast currently, its safe to assume that it will have no effect plot. Unless it does. In that case my future self is likely faceplaming right now.
