It's possible to do it, although I have neither. Could layer vocals with a s**tty mic and sing incredibly butchered latin phrases while using s**tty soundfont replacements for the organs.

Still takes a fair amount of effort to do, since you'll have to do it from scratch, even if you're going to layer it with the original movie's song.

I've been looking to animate some GIFs myself, so what program do you use to make them?

To be honest, I haven't really found a good program yet. Easy GIF Animator had worked pretty well up to this point, but for some reason it decided that rather than loading the images properly it was going to take about half of one and half of the other instead.  I ended up using a somewhat strange piece of software meant to make a video of one image morphing into another.  It only accepts two images, and after the trial it costs 60 bucks, so I can't recommend it.  I was actually planning on asking for recommendations here, but the forums were down at the time.
I've been using this really ancient thing pretty much all the time. It's simple and it does the job, but I imagine it'd get incredibly annoying for anything more than a couple dozen frames long.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

The thing Hussie uses (Photoshop) is what I use to make them. It's actually pretty decent for aniGIFs. GIMP is fine if you're alright with all the work required to make them.
I use GIMP myself. I don't actually find it more difficult than photoshop in any way, at least, but that might just be a side effect of the way I work.

the GIMP isn't a bad option.

But oh man, how long has Kanaya been freaking white. Is that a side effect of the whole being a vampire thing?

Aqizzar, stop one-uping every other artdump ever.

I mean seriously dude you're going to lower people's self-esteem here.

(Also, I'm amazed that there wasn't even a single broken pic.)

But I am home. With the break bus schedule, you might even say I'm stuck here.
