We also have that she was, at some point, the "sodajerk's confidante". An awesome PS reference in itself, Hussie has also announced that PS book 3 is titles "suitor to the sodajerk's confidante", named after a rank that PS achieved (which, incidentally, was the rank required to use sepulchritude).

So Hussie has now made Jane/PS a canon pairing.

I really want to see a good case for this being build upon the ectobiology pages where we explicitly see Jade and John being born form the exact same slime code. Because that would be amazing.

 Looking back at the page it's sorta ambiguous, but a case cannot be solidly made either way as we don't know the inner workings of the machine.

Males and Females cannot be identical twins. Literally impossible.

They could be fraternal twins if they both have an X chromosome in common, but John has a Y and Jade has a second X.
