Was it ever revealed whether Mom was actually into wizards of if she knew Rose was into wizards and wanted to support her daughter's interests or if she was actually doing the passive-aggressive mind game thing? Scratch!Mom seems to be into wizards, and with the first Mom dead, I guess that'll be the best answer we're getting.

Also I can't wait to see Scratch!Bro.

Also also I can't wait to see the first batch of children interact with this one. Both John and Rose are probably going to have words with their fifteen-year-old Ecto-parents.

Not as far as I know.  Rose never talked with her mother after entering the Medium, and I don't believe it was answered before then.

The last and only time it was really discussed, it was left to pure speculation whether Rose's Mom stuffed the house with wizards in her sodden attempts at bonding with her daughter, or whether she actually gave a crap about wizards.  The presence of wizard dolls in what was presumably Mom's real bedroom suggests the latter, but who knows, she was pretty crazy.
