Guys.

I just realised.

There is a quest on Runescape called Troll Romance.

It has nothing to do with quadrants, but this is still going to be awkward as fuck.

Zaerosz, I will slap you with a coffee mug if you ever summon such a strong negative pavlovian response on this thread again.

These new alpha kids seem a little rushed...

With the way Hussie is building up the plot, I don't think there's gonna be a ton of non-plot significant shenanigans with sylladexes.

But...

I sort of wanted the shenanigans. I mean really, do you remember the first time we got to fight dad as dave, finding out strife combat technique totally ineffective? It was wonderful? What ever happened to that?
I miss the simple times, I ain't even gonna lie.

Same here. I also miss the time when John eventually made the prototyped agents and whoever into one-handed people, with jester suits.

Yeah, I liked fighting the guardians. Except Jade's battle because it didn't have as funny animations.

In other news should I post my crappy halfassed WIP fanart?

Jades animation had Mutiny which was kickass and a shame. Today we could be listening to Mutiny remixes if not for prissy artists.

This act is going to be shorter than Act 5 and include a resolution to all the crazy scratch shit that has been building up. He can't possibly fit these kids into carbon copies of Acts 1-3 and have enough space to resolve all that.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

These new alpha kids seem a little rushed...

Since they are essentially eight characters we already know thrown into a blender, it was always going to seem that way.  Don't worry, I have a feeling we won't be seeing them for too long.

I find it funny how the Scratching of two universes worked out.  Alternia was the Village of Smurfs, then twelve nice kids fucked up the game and had to restart; they got a nightmare Spartan world with two dead Jesus-analogues and they wound up replacing their ancestors, but all twelve and twelve were basically the same people, just thrown into different circumstances.  Earth was Earth, then it was reset; it's still fucking Earth, and the players just got mixed around.

This act is going to be shorter than Act 5 and include a resolution to all the crazy scratch shit that has been building up. He can't possibly fit these kids into carbon copies of Acts 1-3 and have enough space to resolve all that.

You wish.  We're not going to see anybody we know until the Act 6 finale in about four months; everybody will just be hanging in plot space until we finally catch up to them.  Every wave John and Jade and Dave and Rose and everybody goodbye, we'll catch up to them in the Endgame Act.

I propose a game.
Two kids left, most likely four letter names, most likely one boy and one girl. Any guesses?

Update! It feels nice to be on a fast multiple pages per day update schedule. So, looks like Hussie is recreating the clippings thing? Cool.

Meanwhile, apparently Jane's "Dad" is a jerk.  I command you to speculate.
